I want to thank you personally for your business. We’ve grown rapidly to serve thousands of customers. Your satisfaction means a lot to us, and we hope we’ve been successful in providing you with excellent customer service and products.
I’m writing to let you know that we’re raising the price of our core product to $15 a month per device, starting September 1, 2022. This is our first price increase in 3 years, and it will be for both new and existing customers.
Why? We’ve all seen costs go up everywhere. It affects us, too. Electronic component costs have gone up, in some cases even doubled or tripled. Supply chain costs have gone up, and our free shipping has also gone up. We want to maintain our free shipping, keep using the best components in our hardware, and keep making our product in the U.S.A., so there we are.
What do you have to do? Nothing. The new price will automatically show up in your next regularly scheduled monthly payment after September 1.
What’s next? We continue working on great features. We’re rolling out Fleet Maintenance next month. This is a fantastic new module that will keep track of scheduled maintenance on your assets. I know a lot of you have asked for it. As a special Thank-You, we want to give every customer a free 90-day trial of Fleet Maintenance.
