Send a tracking link, like FedEx. A unique feature in telematics.
Now you can send a tracking link to a customer, letting them know via email that an asset is on the way, or has arrived at a job site. Particularly handy for businesses which rent services or equipment to their customers. Set this up in the Asset Details page of your account.
How to set this up?
Click to the Asset Details screen in the Momentum Application. In the bottom left, click on the “Share Now” button. Enter the email of the customer who needs to be notified. Enter the particulars. Takes 20 seconds, tops.
And you thought only FedEx could do that….
