Returns Eligibility
Our policy allows for returns of any product purchased from Momentum IoT at any time.
The product must be undamaged, and in its original condition, including all original wire harnesses.

Provide the email address on file with your account, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label if applicable.
Return Shipping
We understand that returning items can be inconvenient, so we offer free return shipping for all eligible returns.
In most cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to cover the return shipping costs.
Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
If the returned item is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process your refund as per the original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges
You may exchange wire harnesses one time for no charge. Please contact CustomerSuccess@momentumiot.com.
International Returns
For international customers, the same return policy applies. However, return shipping costs may vary, and any customs duties or taxes incurred during return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that this policy applies only to purchases made directly from Momentum IoT, If you have purchased our products through a third-party retailer, please refer to their respective refund and return policy.
